3. Competitive advantage. Whether it is based on structure, process execution or IP, the company should demonstrate a clear competitive advantage and is perceived as such by its clients.

4. Proven business model. Stable indicators of profitability (marginal for VC) for the past period, a roster of repeat clients that are satisfied with company’s products / services.

5. Clear investment program. Existence of the company’s investment program focused on strengthening its competitive advantage with an estimate of term and effect from the investment (ROI).
